BEAM, Circuit Judge.
Allen Groeper appeals from the district court’s order affirming the Secretary’s denials of his claims for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income. The district court, adopting the report and recommendation of the magistrate judge, found that substantial .evidence supported the AU’s determination that Groeper was not disabled. On appeal, Groeper asserts that the ALJ’s decision was not supported by substantial evidence. 1 We reverse and remand.
