I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on the Debtors’ November 7, 2002 Objection to the Notice of the Trustee’s Sale and their Motion for Expedited Hearing on their Objection to the Notice of Trustee’s Sale. The Trustee responded to the Motion on November 27, 2002. The Court conducted hearings on the matter; thereafter, the matter was deemed submitted.
