MEMORANDUM DECISION

I. PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
This matter comes before the Court as a result of a “Motion to Compel Turnover of Homestead Sale Proceeds” filed by Lawrence J. Warfield, the Chapter 7 Trustee, against Damian Roderick White, the Debt- or. Initially the Debtor acted pro se, his prior counsel having withdrawn. 1 However, during the course of the pre-trial proceedings, the Debtor retained new counsel who represented him at the evidentiary hearing in this matter.
