Leo P. Tessier died on September 17, 1979, leaving a will in which he nominated the Northeast Bank of Guilford executor for the administration of his estate. Tessier’s children 1 raised objections to the first and final account filed by the Bank with the Probate Court, Somerset County, on March 10, 1981.
