This is a trademark infringment case in which both plaintiff Physicians Formula Cosmetics, Inc. and defendant West Cabot Cosmetics, Inc. claim that recent conduct by the other is likely to create substantial confusion among consumers of soaps and related cosmetics and skin care products.
