Phelps v. Shawprint, Inc.

This is an action of contract or tort, brought in the first count against Felix Rosenbaum, Solomon Rosen-baum, and Harold Ryan, and in the second count against Shawprint, Inc., to recover damages for the breach of a contract alleged to have been made between the plaintiff and the defendants by which they promised and agreed to pay the plaintiff $100 monthly, so long as the Rosenbaums should be connected with the corporate defendant, if she succeeded in having the Rosenbaums acquire certain shares of the capital stock of the defendant corporation.
