MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ELMO B. HUNTER, District Judge.

Plaintiff James F. Antonio is a candidate for the office of State Auditor of Missouri. He brings this action as a citizen, voter and candidate, seeking an Order of this Court directing that he be certified by the Secretary of State to local election officials as a Republican candidate for that office at the August 1978 primary election. Plaintiffs J. Anthony Dill and Julian J. Ossman, both active Republicans, seek this Court’s Order as citizens and voters to have Antonio’s name on the ballot so that they may vote for him in the Republican…
