HOBSON, Justice.

Eleanor Leslie Lear filed suit against her husband Edward L. Lear predicated upon willful, obstinate and continued desertion for a period of more than one year. Substituted service was effected. The notice mailed to Mr. Lear was not returned to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. It therefore must be assumed that the defendant husband received the notice and was apprised of the charge made by his wife. Decree pro confesso was entered against him.
