This cause came on to be heard upon plaintiff’s application for a final decree after the filing of the report of the special master which recommended the entry of a final decree granting plaintiff a divorce after a finding “that the defendant is guilty of having deserted the plaintiff since some time during the year 19 U7, and that the desertion was willful, continued and obstinate for more than one year before the filing of the plaintiff’s complaint herein” on July 9, 1959.
