The National Labor Relations Board here petitions for enforcement of its order directing the respondent, Campbell Products, to bargain collectively with Teamsters Local No. 560. After a consent election, the Teamsters had been certified in an earlier representation proceeding before the Board as the bargaining representative of Campbell’s production and maintenance employees.
