Schedule C (Property Claimed as Exempt) filed by the above-named Debtor has a description of property reading “Checking account at Muncy Bank & Trust Co. — commutation from workers compensation” with a listed value of $42,000.00. The specific exemption is taken under 11 U.S.C. § 522(d)(10)(C). Currently before the Court is the Trustee, Charles A. Szybist’s, Objection to Exemption filed September 20, 2000 (Doc. #6).
