OPINION DENYING TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR STAY PENDING APPEAL

This matter is before the Court on the Trustee’s Motion for Stay Pending Appeal of this Court’s September 8, 2011 Order Denying “Trustee’s Objection to Debtors’ Claim of Exemption” with respect to Debt- or Leo Holstine’s exemption of a workers’ compensation redemption payment in the amount of $138,000 under § 522(d)(ll)(E).
