This matter is before the court on third-party defendants’ motion to dismiss third-party plaintiff’s complaint against them for-contribution pr indemnity.

Plaintiff Kenneth Wandrey (“Wandrey”) brought this action for breach of contract in state court in Illinois. Wandrey .named as defendants William McCarthy (“McCarthy”), Service Business Forms, Inc., the Ganzer Corporation, Kevin Ganzer and Lawrence Wolfberg.
