NEIGHBORS, Justice.
This is an interlocutory appeal filed by the People pursuant to C.A.R. 4.1. The People challenge the ruling of the district court suppressing evidence seized from the defendant’s automobile following his ar rest. We reverse and remand for further proceedings. 1
