BLEIL, Justice.

Kansas City Southern Railway Company appeals a judgment of $791,776.70 in favor of Joe Catanese, Jr., who sued under 45 U.S.C.A. §§ 51-60 (West 1986), the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, for damages resulting from an injury sustained while working for the Railway. The Railway contends that the trial court erred in overruling its motion to transfer venue and that no evidence exists to support the trial court’s negligence finding.
