This is a special proceeding brought by Franklin National Bank as petitioner, to set aside (1) a finding of the ¡Superintendent of Banks that the public convenience and advantage would be promoted by the granting of the application of Bankers Trust Company to open a branch office in Rockville Centre, Nassau County, and (2) the approval of the application by the Banking Board of the Banking Department.
