Teamsters Local No. 41 (the Union) appeals from a preliminary injunction in favor of Kansas City Southern Transport Company, Inc. (Transport), and the Kansas City Southern Railway Company (Railway) (together, “the plaintiffs”) entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Western District of Missouri enjoining the Union’s picketing activity at various Railway facilities.
