MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The matter is before the Court on the Motion of the substituted Plaintiff, the United States of America, for Summary Judgment on the adversary complaint to determine dischargeability of a guaranteed student loan obtained by the debtor defendant, Rodney G. Hampton, under the auspices of the “Health Education Assistance Loan” (H.E.A.L.) program. 42 U.S.C. § 294.
