Plaintiff Hany Badawy brings this action against defendant First Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company (“First Reliance”) for wrongfully denying him long-term disability benefits in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
