[¥1] This appeal presents a question of first impression as to whether a court, under Wyoming Rule of Criminal Procedure 85(a), may increase a previously-imposed, legal sentence. Pursuant to a plea agreement, Curtis Hamilton pled guilty to charges of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine and child endangerment. He agreed to cooperate with the State and provide information about his criminal conduct, and he agreed that the State could move under W.R.Cr.P. 85(a) for an increase in his sentence if he did not meet this obligation.
