Dale E. Raines, the plaintiff below and appellant herein, appeals from an adverse summary judgment order entered by the Circuit Court of Kanawha County on October 6,1994. The plaintiff claims the circuit court erred in finding C.E. White, G.F. White, Karen S. White, and Paul E.
