MANION, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff-appellant Shirley Williams brought this employment discrimination ac*1071tion based on Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the 1973 Rehabilitation Act. The district court granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss, holding that Williams failed to name the only proper defendant in the action — the Postmaster General of the United States. The district court also denied Williams’ motion to amend her complaint to add the Postmaster General as a defendant. Williams appeals these decisions.
