Before the Court are multiple appeals from decisions of the bankruptcy court. In the first appeal, Civil Action No. I:13cv01180, Appellants John and Nancy Behrmann (“the Behrmanns”), who donated funds to Appellee National Heritage Foundation, Inc. (“NHF” or “Debtor”), appeal the bankruptcy court’s decision denying their Renewed Motion for Leave to pursue litigation against NHF in the Central District of California.
