GRAVEN, District Judge.

Richard Herman Krimlofski was the insured under National Service Life Insurance policy V-8189463 in the amount of $10,000 issued by the Government. He died on March 25, 1958, as the result of injuries received in a motor vehicle mishap. The plaintiff Mildred Lucille Krimlofski is the widow of the insured, and the defendants Mina May Krimlofski and Richard Emil Krimlofski are his parents. Following the death of the insured, the plaintiff filed a claim for the full amount of $10,000 with the Veterans Administration as the sole beneficiary of the policy. The defendants…
