— This is an action to cancel a certain deed, purporting to have been made by the People’s United Church of Spokane, Washington, to the defendant Thomas Hye, for an accounting with the defendant David N. Melnturff, and for the appointment of a receiver for all the property of said church. The substance of the complaint, after alleging that the People’s United Church of Spokane, Washington, is a ligious corporation, organized for the purpose of maintaining the worship of Almighty God, charitable purposes, and support of the widows of deceased members of said church, the business affairs of…
