Pursuant to the mandate and per curiam opinion of the Supreme Court in National Dairy Products Corp. v. United States, 384 U.S. 883, 86 S.Ct. 1913, 16 L.Ed.2d 995, we have given further consideration to this case in light of Dennis v. United States, supra.
