MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ALESIA, District Judge.
Currently before the court are (1) plaintiffs’ motion to remand and (2) defendants’ motion to dismiss and/or transfer venue to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. For the following reasons, the court (1) denies plaintiffs’ motion to remand; (2) denies defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of venue; and (3) grants defendants’ motion to transfer venue.
