The United States has moved to compel Francis X. Grossi, Esquire, to answer ques tions before the grand jury concerning his representation while an associate at Williams & Connolly (then Williams, Califano & Connolly) of Velsicol Chemical Corporation (then Michigan Chemical Corporation) during an investigation and hearings conducted by the Food and Drug Administration. Velsicol- and Williams & Connolly intervened to contest the subpoena served on Grossi and the motion to compel his testimony.
