Reversing.

The appellant, G-arland Kitchens, has appealed from a judgment of the Butler circuit court sentencing him to the penitentiary for 21 years on the charge of armed robbery. The grounds insisted on for reversal are: (a) That the court erred in failing to sustain appellant’s motion for a directed verdict in his favor; and (b) that the court erred in rejecting certain evidence offered by appellant in rebuttal.

There is but slight, if any, evidence tending to connect the appellant with the offense charged, except that of accomplice witnesses,…
