MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN D. SCHWARTZ, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the court pursuant to Horvath & Wigoda and John F. Hor-vath’s (“Creditors”) motion for allowance of a claim or leave to amend a claim against the estate of William S. Wigoda (“Estate”). The Creditors rely upon their filing of an adversary complaint and the judgment render thereon as a valid claim on the Estate.
