Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County (McGrath, J.), rendered November 20, 2001, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of sexual abuse in the first degree (four counts), assault in the second degree (three counts) and endangering the welfare of a child (two counts).
