Laurence C. Kress (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) denying him unemployment compensation benefits pursuant to Section 402(h) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law) 1 because he was engaged in the independent practice of law and did not satisfy all of the conditions of the exceptions to the general disqualifications for the practice of law as a sideline activity under Section 402(h) of the Law.
