{¶ 1} Eric J. Schottenstein and Joshua Homes are appealing the civil judgment entered against them in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.

{¶ 2} Jason Goldberg is the CEO of America’s Floor Source, L.L.C. (“Floor Source”), which he founded in July 2000 after leaving his family’s central Ohio business, Rite Rug. Floor Source is an Ohio limited-liability company that provides retail and wholesale flooring to consumers and builders.
