Plaintiffs are five shareholders and former directors of the Willamette Production Credit Association (WPCA). Defendants are The Farm Credit Association (FCA); its Governor, Donald J. Wilkinson; The Federal Intermediate Credit Bank of Spokane, Washington (FICB); its President, Larry K. Butterfield; the Twelfth Farm Credit District; and the Chairman of its Board, Ronald Bokma.
