MEMORANDUM OPINION

2Per curiam

Defendant appeals from a judgment against him of $1624.30 plus interest and costs. The case was tried to the court. The judgment was based upon an agreement by defendant to pay for certain electronic equipment received by him from plaintiff while defendant was an officer of plaintiff. Defendant premises error solely upon his contention that the contract pursuant to which he sold his stock in plaintiff to plaintiff operated as an accord and satisfaction as a matter of law.
