The appellants, husband and wife, filed this suit to quiet their title to part of a recently abandoned railroad right-of-way and to cancel a deed by which the railway company had purportedly conveyed the disputed part of the right-of-way to the appellee Pearson. This appeal is from a final order sustaining a demurrer to the appellants’ complaint, for failute to state a cause of action. The key question is whether the property description in the 1954 deed by which the appellants acquired their land must be said as a matter of law to have conveyed no interest whatever…
