This matter is before the court on plaintiff’s request for entry of default and application for default judgment. Fed.R.Civ.P. 55(a)(b).

Plaintiff’s complaint was filed January 4, 1988. On February 9, 1988, plaintiff amended its complaint to add three exhibits referred to in but omitted from the original complaint.
