OPINION
BROCK, Justice.
Tiger Tail Farms, Inc., and James H. Ozment, defendánts-appellees, through their brokers, Dean Witter and Company, Inc., plaintiffs-appellants, engaged in the trading of soybean futures on the commodities exchange market at the Chicago Board of Trade. This trading was done pursuant to a contract entered into between the brokers and Tiger Tail and Ozment and pursuant to the regulations of the Chicago Board of Trade.
