Asserting right to relief on the ground of maladministration of a testamentary trust estate, plaintiffs herein seek an accounting by, and removal of, the trustee. On hearing in the circuit court in chancery in St. Clair county the relief sought was granted in part and denied in part. Both the plaintiffs and the defendant have appealed.
