Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Myriam Altman, J.), entered January 25, 1990, which, inter alia, denied the motions by plaintiffs Odette Realty Company ("Odette”) and Claire Friedlander ("Friedlander”) for summary judgment, granted the cross-motion by defendants Paul Bogoni ("Bogoni”), Phyllis DiBianco, Arthur Rowe and Joseph Ryba for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and imposed sanctions in the sum of $10,000 as against plaintiff Friedlander, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
