Eagle Insurance Company (“Eagle”) and Newark Insurance Company (“Newark”) (collectively “Appellants”) appeal from the Decision and Order (“Decision”) of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts (“Bankruptcy Court”) entered on December 12, 2001.
