This is an'action brought by appellant against appellees for specific performance of an alleged oral agreement for the conveyance of certain real estate in Putnam County, Indiana. The complaint was in two paragraphs, alleging in substance that the appellees had made an agreement to convey to the appellant a certain farm known as the “Bridges farm,” consisting of approximately 390 acres; that all of the conditions of ,the agreement on its part to be performed had been performed by the appellant; that a certain 23-acre tract of real estate was a part of the real estate included within said…
