Edwin Muniz brings this petition, pro se, pursuant to 28 USC § 2255 to vacate, set aside or correct his sentence. Muniz was sentenced by this Court on November 21, 2003 following his August 19, 2003 plea of guilty to the crime of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846.
