On July 3, 2014, a unanimous jury found petitioner/defendant Mohammad Ajmal Choudhry ("Petitioner") guilty of conspiracy to commit murder in a foreign country, fraud and misuse of a petition for an alien relative, and transmission of threats to injure. On May 7, 2015, this Court sentenced Petitioner to life imprisonment.
