SCHILLER, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Thomas Boyle, appeals the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County on July 31,1998. We affirm.

FACTS:

¶ 2 In October 1997, based on information that Appellant trafficked in drugs, the Monroe County Drug Task Force initiated an undercover investigation. From October 16, 1997 until November 18, 1997, undercover agents with the assistance of a paid confidential informant, bought cocaine from Appellant on five different occasions.
