This disciplinary matter is before the Court on the Voluntary Petition for Discipline filed by Respondent Kelly Lynn Turner (State Bar No. 231398) prior to the issuance of a Formal Complaint against her. See Rule 4-227 (b) (2) of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct. In her petition, Turner admits she violated Rules 1.5, 1 1.15 (I) (a) and (b), 2 1.15 (II) (a) and (b), 3 and 8.4 (a) (4) 4 of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct. See Bar Rule 4-102 (d).
