Respondent Melody Yvonne Cherry (State Bar No. 123395) filed the underlying petition for voluntary discipline pursuant to Bar Rule 4-227 (b) to resolve two pending disciplinary matters. See Bar Rule 4-227 (b) (2). In the petition, Cherry admits violations of Rules 1.15 (I) (b), 4.1, and 8.4 (a) (4) of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct. See Bar Rule 4-102 (d).
