MEMORANDUM OPINION

JEAN K. FITZSIMON, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Law Offices of Paul J. Winterhalter, P.C. (“Winterhalter” or the “Firm”) seeks payment on its First and Second Interim Applications for Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses (collectively, the “Applications”). 1 The Applications are contested by the United States Trustee and the Chapter 11 Trustee.
