JAMES, Justice.

This is a suit to remove a cloud from the title to an interest in certain lands located in Jim Hogg County and Starr County, Texas, and for damages resulting from inability to lease such estate as a result of the cloud. Plaintiff-Appellee J. C. Guerra originally brought this suit against the Defendant-Appellant Clinton Manges, Defendant Gas Producing Enterprises, Inc.
