The question before us is whether the trial court correctly granted motions for summary judgment of respondents Clinton Manges, Helen Ruth Manges, Duval County Ranch Company and the Bank of the Southwest National Association 1 against petitioner Cove Investments, Inc., a corporation wholly owned by Vannie E. Cook, Jr., in a severed portion of a complex, multi-party suit arising from a dispute over the mineral ownership of certain lands in Starr and Jim Hogg counties.
